Question:  Do I need to create a new user name and password if I have applied to a Disney job in the past?
Answer:
  If you applied online prior to September 1, 2011, yes, you need to create a new profile. When you select a job and click apply, you will be routed to create a new profile as you apply online. Note your new user name and password. You can log in upon your next visit from the home page or your dashboard.
 
Question:  Can I view job openings throughout the Disney family of companies within one site?
Answer:

Answer:
  Job postings are updated on a daily basis. Please check back frequently for the most up-to-date listing.
 
Question:  What should I do if my address or phone number has changed since I created a profile?
Answer:
  Go to your dashboard. Click "edit profile info" from the top header within your dashboard and update your contact information.

  Yes, educational reimbursement is available to eligible employees. Classes must be directly related to work performed for the Company.

  The legal entity – that is, the specific company you would be working for -- is posted on each job description. While we sometimes refer generally to "Disney" and its "businesses" or "segments," your actual employer would be a specific company within the Disney family of companies. Please refer to the job description to ensure you are aware which company the position is posted for. Question:  Does Disney consider candidates on F-1/J-1 visas?
Answer:
  Yes, Disney will consider individuals in the U.S. in F-1 or J-1s status provided the individual possesses acceptable evidence of valid applicable U.S. employment authorization.
 
Question:  Does Disney consider candidates on OPT?
Answer:
  Yes, Disney will consider individuals during their Optional Practical Training (OPT) period provided the individual possesses a valid Employment Authorization card (also known as an EAD) or other acceptable evidence of valid applicable U.S. employment authorization.
 
Question:  Does Disney consider candidates on H-1B visas?
Answer:
  H-1B visas are not transferrable from one employer to another. Disney may choose to sponsor certain candidates for H-1B visa status based on the nature of the position and the candidate's qualifications.
 
Question:  Does Disney sponsor employees for temporary visas and Green Cards?
Answer:
 After an individual has been employed by the company for a period of time, Disney may choose to sponsor the employee for U.S. permanent residency (a "green card") based on the nature of the position, the employee's qualifications and other factors which are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No offer or agreement regarding green card sponsorship will be made prior to an individual's commencement of employment with the company.
